Indian Princely State Khilchipur Fiscal Court fee and Revenue Stamps

Khilchipur state was formerly central India States (Bhopal) Agency, now in Madhya Pradesh State , area of state was 707 KM2 ,(283 villages) and population of state was 45,588 in 1931, Privy purse of state on the time of accession (15Th June.1948 ) was Rs.60,000.
Revenue stamps :--
Type-12, used in 1935-41, size 35x35mm., Wove paper, background in diamond shapes.

Processing fees stamps ( Talbana fees ):--
Type-20, used in 1940-46, Wove paper. Stamped paper of even date cut off below design and affixed to unstamped paper for adhesive use. The stamp is usually found glued to the top of the document.
