Danta State formerly Mahi Kanta Agency, Bombay, later Western Rajputana Agency : now in Gujarat State, area of State was 26,172 Sq miles (78 villages), Population of State was 26,172 in 1931. Privy purse of State on the time of accession (10th June 1948) was Rs 92,000
